Functions and Features of HILK- D Printing,, Sltting and Die cutting machine1:Control panel components are made of Siemens / Omron / Fuji made in China ensures reliable operation.. 2. All the moving parts of the machines are tempered to decrease metal internal friction, baffles and key parts, and these parts are made by high-precision CNC processing center ensure long life and perfect operation.

3.All the transmission axles and rollers are made by high-quality steel, and processed by tempering and dynamic balancing,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

4.All the transmission gears are made by the EN45 alloy steel, processedafter heat-treatment, which maintains high topping precision. 5. Double hydraulic oil pump fixed and ensure proper lubrication of all moving parts 6. PLC control system helps to do presetting adjustment,feeding, printing,slotting, being done automaticallyand pre set program. 7. Synchronized operation of different part of the machine, self-locking of different modules of the machines is fast and convenient. 8. Optional device – Automatic Vacuum adsorption feeding or lead edge manual feeding according to customer’s choice. 9: Option: Ceramic anilox roller and stacker Machine.

 

Functions and Features  of Feeding Unit:

1.Centralized operational system for convenient and easy operation. 2. Synchronized parts of the machine like feeding system, printing system and die cutting ensure linking and separation every unit, with alarm to secure operator..3.Kick paper-feeding machine of vacuum adsorption, made of alloy aluminum, light and wear-resisting, with engineering plastic guide rail, equipped with several groups of roller bearing to reduce the friction between paperboards so as to maintain a steady operation.4.Left and right baffles ,kick feeding, back baffle adopt manual adjustment 5.Brush and the dedusting device can clear away the impurity from paper face to improve the printing quality.6.The mainframe is controlled by the frequency conversion, with steady start-up and running , saving about 30% of the power.7. Infrared photo electric counter presets the order processing quantity.8.One lock function for whole machine avoids damage caused by error operation(The mainframe can’t start up when every unit hasn’t been connected.)9.Air pressure elastic feeding rubber roller can’t damage by the  strength of corrugated cardboard10.Side baffle add the pneumatic-flapping facilities to make more precise paper horizontal orientation and avoid waste.

Functions and Features of Die cutting:

1.The die cutter phase is controlled by PLC controller digital display with 360 degree adjustment.2.Die cutter horizontal movement is adjusted by computer and electric digital control of a scope of 5mm.3.Uniflair glue die cutting cushion roller servo traces simultaneously,when the restored roller is input inside the servo computer system,it will calculate accurately and automatically and follow the printing speed to ensure the velocity of blade line the same as the cushion roller and make the formation of the die cutting beautiful and same in size.No matter how the diameter of the cushion changes,the die cutting plate will not be damaged.The upper and lower roller of the die cutting adopts the design of  different sizes.The servo system ensures the automatic deviation of the cushion and cutting die for every circle,which greatly lengthen theservice life of the cushion; in addition, the renovated cushion can be used for many times and greatly reduce the cost.4.The cushion rollers mechanical,horizontal and cam facility moves horizontally in a scope of 35mm to lengthen the using life of the die cutting cushion.5.The light alloy aluminum back-kick vacuum adsorption feeding system with several groups of rollerbearing to ensure stable running.6.Left and right baffle and back baffle positions are under the computer and electric and digital control as the side baffle is equipped with pneumatic trimming facilities.7.Consecutive or skip paper feeding goes with the infrared electrophonic counter.8.Imported controlling system along with Siemens low voltage electric appliance and host frequencyconversion control realizes the electricity saving about 30%.
